Cyclone Tracy was a cyclone that devastated Darwin on 24 and 25 December 1974. She was comparatively small, only forty-eight kilometres in diameter.
Faction Paradox made a deal with Tracy. They said she was the perfect environment for building an oubliette which everyone would forget about. They time looped her and imprisoned Tonton Macoute in her eye, but it worked so well that all of them forgot except for Cousin Andraiz.
After Andraiz returned to get Macoute's help, he escaped by eating a timeship, summoning the loa, and eating them too. (PROSE: Tonton Macoute)
