Rassilon was an early president of the Homeworld. Along with Omega and the Other, he learned the secrets of time travel.
One of his early experiments was opening a black hole to get power from other dimensions. This crude attempt accessed the home of the Yssgaroth, who swarmed into our universe through the opening. This began the Eternal War. (PROSE: Interference - Book One) After discovering their vulnerability to being impaled through the heart, Rassilon had bowships constructed to exploit this weakness. Eventually all Yssgaroth were found and killed. (TV: State of Decay)
One of Rassilon's titles was "Conquerer of Yssgaroth". (AUDIO: Zagreus) During his Presidency, his throne was made of the bones of two giant bats. (PROSE: Christmas on a Rational Planet)
I.M. Foreman was exiled from his monastery when it closed after Rassilon's Intuitive Revelation. (PROSE: Interference)
There was an eight-armed statue of Rassilon on Simia KK98, with each arm holding an artefact. (PROSE: Dead Romance)
