Lieutenant Terrence J. Moody was an American pilot who was killed during the Battle of the Philippines.
History[]
Moody was born circa 1919 in Iowa. By the age of 22, he had married Jeanie Moody. In December 1941, Moody's plane was shot down by Japanese soldiers shortly after he left Clark Air Base. He was recorded as missing in action. (PROSE: Happily Ever After Is a High-Risk Strategy)
Moody was reborn in the City of the Saved at 67 Armistice Street. He took to a life of wandering through the City, although he kept in contact with his deme. (PROSE: Akroates) At first, he tried to keep his widowed wife out of his thoughts by trying a variety of hands-on jobs, but after a meeting with deme-kin Inigo Faber he decided to find and contact her. Moody eventually found Jeanie at the Warhol Factory and started living with her. For a time, they were happy together, but Jeanie eventually came to realise that she didn't love Moody. Moody then returned to a life of wandering.
On one occasion, Moody hitchhiked in the Urukian District and got a ride in Cranzfraction with Theo Possible. Moody told his life story and listened to stories from Cranzfraction and Possible. He got out of Cranzfraction with Possible at Uptime Gate and shared a coffee with him at Lucrezia's Diner. At the diner, he met Helénē. (PROSE: Happily Ever After Is a High-Risk Strategy) He later married her.
During the Civil War, Moody returned to 67 Armistice Street to face the apocalypse with his deme. (PROSE: Apocalypse Day) Like everyone else in the City, Moody was consumed by the Anonymity only to be brought back to life in the back-up City of the Saved. (PROSE: God Encompasses)
